Change or Cancel Order

We realize that situations may arise in which you may need to change or cancel your order.  If this happens, please contact us immediately.  The best way to insure that we can make these changes prior to shipping your order is to call us toll free at 1-888-882-4276. 

Please keep in mind that if your order is already being processed or has shipped, there may be a 15% restocking fee assessed.

Orders that are cancelled prior to processing and/or shipping can be cancelled without a penalty.
